Wednesday 2nd October
Tea on arrival, then a welcome drink and evening talk with Richard Baines, Curator of Logan Botanical Gardens, followed by a 5-course tasting menu.

Thursday 3rd October
Richard will give guests a tour of the spectacular Logan Botanical Gardens, Scotland's most exotic garden, to discover plants rarely seen in the United Kingdom. Located on the south-western tip of Scotland, Logan enjoys an almost subtropical climate, which enables plants from Australia, New Zealand, South and Central America, and Southern Africa to thrive.
